Terms and conditions.

By using our service, the client agrees to the following terms.

  1. 01Ownership

    The artist confirms they own or control all rights to the submitted work and materials.

  2. 02Representation

    RACOOB acts solely as an authorized submission consultant and administrative representative, and does not claim ownership of any submitted work.

  3. 03No guarantee

    Selections, nominations, awards, wins or any other outcomes are never guaranteed.

  4. 04Fees

    Service fees are separate from festival or award entry fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  5. 05Refund policy

    Once submissions have been completed, service fees are non-refundable.

  6. 06Prize money

    If prize funds are processed through RACOOB, the agreed success fee, taxes, transfer fees, processing costs and other applicable deductions apply before payout. The artist receives the remaining net amount.

  7. 07Materials

    The artist is responsible for providing accurate files, credits, descriptions and supporting information.

  8. 08Deadlines

    RACOOB makes best efforts to meet deadlines, based on timely communication and material delivery from the client.
